l. General Terms
- Prices are subject to change at any given time depending on demand.
- I have the right to refuse service for any reason.
- I, the artist, am not responsible if the client failed to read the terms of service that I provided.

ll. Payment
- All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
- Payment only through VGen.
- Payment should only be sent after I have explicitly agreed upon a service.
-Commercial Use / Making merch with the illustration is 2x total price.
lll. Process and Delivery
-Once payment is complete, I will start working on the commission.- Commissions will be prioritized, but they can take from a week to a month to be completed depending on the complexity of the commission or other work.
- The deadline is decided per each commission and set from the date of payment, unless it's a rush order or mentioned otherwise.-Once rendering is completed, I will send for approval and consider it finished.
-Once everything has been confirmed, I will send the commission VIA Vgen.
lV. Revisions
- I will be sending WIPs throughout every part of the drawing process, to make sure you are okay with it and I can move to next part. (Unless Skeb-Style commissions, no revisions allowed, only fixing minor mistakes.)- When asking for revisions, please be clear and specific on changes.- If you wish to change something that was previously approved, there will be a fee. This charge will depend on the complexity of the change being made.
- A fee may also be added if you want something changed to the final drawing. I have the right to refuse making a change to the final drawing if the workload will exceed my capacity.
- If your reference is unclear at the start, changes will come at an extra charge.
V. Copyright & Usage
I, Yumin, (the artist):
- Reserve the right to cancel and refund an order at any given time for any reason.
- Will not be required to disclose the reason for cancellation.
- Retain ALL copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- Will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
- Will NOT resell the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of these terms.
- Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, as well as any publication such as art books.You, (the customer):
- Retain all rights to the intellectual property (IP).
- May upload the artwork on any website or social channel with with proper credit to the artist.
- May NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
- May NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, unless agreed beforehand.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - this means making money off of it in any way that is excluded from these terms.
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Altering the artwork without my consent.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
lV. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- The buyer is not allowed a refund once I have started working on the commission.
- If for some reason I am unable to start the commission you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel an order prior to me starting it, you can get a full refund.
- If you are eligible to receive a refund, do NOT request a PayPal chargeback. I will send the same amount back myself.- If you request a PayPal chargeback, especially if you do not fit the criteria to ask for a refund, you will LOSE all aforementioned rights to the commissioned artwork and I will have the full rights to profit from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we discussed the commission as well as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again. I will also expose you on social media.- IMPORTANT: Platform taxes and transactions costs are deducted from full refunds. I will not cover for transaction costs or platform fees.These terms have been updated as of: May 4th, 2025.
